Tracy Do
I grew up in Southern California and graduated from USC with a degree in Art History. My attraction to real estate came from my desire to build a ground-up business founded on hard work, creativity and the highest standards of professionalism. I’ve established myself as a force on LA’s Eastside, known for presenting beautiful properties and negotiating the very best terms for my clients.
Liz Johnson
My beloved home is Mt. Washington, and since 1980 real estate has been my passion. Nothing equals the satisfaction of handing keys to an excited buyer, and I’m honored to say that 70% of my business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. Most important to me are the real estate basics: putting clients first, tenacious negotiating, and handling each part of this process with the utmost integrity and respect.
Edith Reyna
I was born in Mexico City and have lived in LA for many years. I worked in the escrow industry then switched to sales, and for 20-plus years I have helped our clients achieve their goals in real estate. I love my home in El Sereno, with our big back yard that’s perfect for enjoying homemade meals with my husband and two beautiful daughters. Family gatherings are central to my life, and to me are the very essence of home.
Mark Mullin
I was born in Chicago and moved to SoCal when I was a kid. After UCLA I worked at a New York advertising agency followed by a solid run pitching screenplays in Hollywood, both outstanding primers for what I do today. I feel fortunate to work alongside my spouse, Tracy Do, and have placed my focus on something that we are both passionate about: the marketing and sale of new construction and multi-unit developments.
Ronda Doyal
Originally from Texas, I attended the University of Houston before heading to LA and settling in Echo Park. I worked in accounting and event planning at a corporate law firm, a great entree to real estate where my strengths include preparation, communication and a knack for numbers. My perfect night out on the Eastside is spent with my husband, a musician and composer. We’ll start with dinner then catch a great band.
Hanna Azboy
I’m a true blue NELA gal and grew up in Mount Washington. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, I studied Sociology and Business and was drawn to real estate from day one. This is the perfect job because I get to meet great people and help them when it matters most. Rarely at rest, I stay active with my husband doing yoga and hiking our favorite trails at Debs Park.
Eva Berges
I was born in Silver Lake and have deep familial ties to the Eastside. I earned my BA in Spanish Literature at UCSB and moved to Buenos Aires, working for a live events production company applying negotiating skills and an eye for detail that I now bring to real estate. Married and settled back in LA, I love trying new restaurants, meeting new people and sharing my homegrown knowledge of the Eastside.
Toni Mayer
A native Angeleno, I was raised in Agoura Hills and am now a happy homeowner in Silver Lake. My exposure to real estate came early in life, helping my mom with her open houses and showings. I love being part of this team and especially enjoy showing our clients around the Eastside, my own back yard. Chances are you’ve seen me at the Silver Lake Reservoir, walking my beloved pup.
Taylor Morphy
The LA area has been my family home for generations, I’m a local in the truest sense of the word. After earning my degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona I felt that real estate would be a great fit, allowing me to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the city that I love. After hours you’ll probably find me on a court somewhere playing tennis or basketball.
Chelsea Proctor
A native of New Jersey, I graduated from USC’s School of International Relations and have made my home in Los Feliz. Early career experiences in philanthropy and commercial real estate drew me to residential sales, where my skills in diplomacy and deal making are difference-makers for our clients. I’m a movie buff and stay active in my free time with running, hiking and tennis in Griffith Park.
Ryan Judd
I grew up in Dallas where the summers are too hot, then moved to NYC where the winters are too cold. Settling in LA, I have found the porridge to be just right. I worked as an actor and writer developing expert communication skills, a beneficial talent as I guide the sale or purchase of your home. Living in Highland Park with my wife and daughter I have found so much to love, especially our local restaurant scene.
Thais Yokota
My hometown is Sao Paulo, Brazil, which believe it or not is a big city compared to LA. In college I studied music and perfected a skill that is essential to my work in real estate: listening. Your needs always come first and I am here to provide stellar results in your home search or sale. I love hitting the town with my husband, a musician, and am passionate about cooking, especially my favorite Brazilian appetizer, coxinha.
Victor Montecinos
I’m from LA’s “original” Eastside, Boyle Heights to be exact, and earned a degree in Geography at the University of Chicago. I miss the Windy City, but I’m happy to be home and have settled in East Hollywood. Ever since I was small, I’ve been fascinated by the evolution of LA as industrial areas have turned increasingly residential. Our city never ceases to amaze me, and exploring it is my favorite pastime.
Swan Moon
Born in Echo Park and now a resident of Silver Lake, I got my BFA at CalArts and worked previously at an award-winning graphic design firm. With my focus on sales and marketing, I take joy in discovering new ways to communicate our listings to a wide range of prospective buyers. I have an active interest in sustainable building and strongly advocate a future LA that includes water-and-energy conscious homes.
Yelena Tsentsiper
I was born in Belarus, grew up in Jerusalem and earned my MFA at CalArts. My longtime appreciation of public space and architecture has inspired my interest in real estate, and I bring extensive experience in writing and advocacy within the sphere of culture and creative arts. My husband and I live in Highland Park and I keep a studio Chinatown, my special place to unwind and craft sculpture and video projects.
Jason Burges
Born and raised in Alabama, I earned my BA at the University of Alabama and my MA at the European Graduate School. Living overseas in Berlin and Chile were great adventures, inspiring my work that includes art created in my Frogtown studio, and marketing pieces that make our listings shine. I love cooking, reading, and the sense of freedom that I experience when I’m biking and skateboarding around LA.
Mindy Rae
I’m a Wisconsin native and earned my degree in finance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My background in investment banking and passion for design inform my work in real estate, where clients seek clear analysis and thoughtful advice. A proud Glassell Park homeowner, I love spending time with my wife tending our garden, or heading out for pour-over coffee at one of our favorite local spots.
Geraldine Navarrete
I was born in West LA, raised in Glassell Park and currently reside in El Sereno. After 12 years in the banking industry, I joined this team where my job is making sure that every transaction runs smoothly and our clients feel secure. As a working mom, I appreciate life’s little moments with my husband and two kids, always filled with laughter and love. I enjoy dancing, cooking big meals, and walking our dog in the El Sereno hills.
