The LA Times’ Tim Logan reports that sales of previously-owned homes (which accounts for most homes) is at the highest level it’s been in nearly a year, and inventory is up as well. It’s “a market returning to normalcy after several up-and-down years.” Translation: Buyers will have an easier time finding their home, with more choices and less competition.
